The flexible 150 extrudes curb up to 12″ (30 cm) tall x 12″ (30 cm) wide at a speed up to 25’ (7.6m) per minute on either the right or left side. A continuous, one-pass operation can turn a smooth radius as tight as 2′ (60 cm). Curb can be placed within 1″ (2.5 cm) of obstructions with the offset mounted mold and extrusion auger.The front wheel carriage adjusts sideways from in front of the auger/mold for applying a tack coat or adhesive, or for feeding a piece of rebar longitudinally into the curb through the hollow auger shaft. A steering “T” handle assures easy guidance in the left- or right-hand position. The 150 can be fed from a wheelbarrow or directly from the truck.
